Returns Policy

If you receive products in their original condition with no damage or errors on our part, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. However, if you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please contact us within one day of delivery. You can reach us via phone, WhatsApp, or email. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and determine the appropriate course of action.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, the item must be damaged or received past its expiry date and should remain unused. Please document your claim with a photo and retain the original packaging for tracking purposes. Ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order using the link in the confirmation email you received, or by contacting our customer service for specific items. Please note that if you cancel within 24 hours of your delivery date, we cannot refund any fresh items ordered specifically for you.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive your returned products and inspect them, we will send you an email confirming receipt and notifying you of your refund's approval or rejection. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 15 business days, depending on your bank.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again. If after 10 business days you still haven’t seen the refund, contact us at info@caviarfarmworld.com.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded due to their short shelf life.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@caviarfarmworld.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us to arrange a pickup from your location, and delivery charges will apply.
